Tattoos For Mental Health

• Five experienced and professional artists

• Artists will be on a rotation basis for all designs

• Cash Only

• Arms and legs only - wrist to shoulder / ankle to hip

• 18+ years old and must provide a government issued photo ID. 

• Black linework and black shading options only. No color.

• No design changes and no size changes

• Doors open at 11am - line closes at 6pm (unless sooner is necessary - you can call ahead).

    Our Tattoos for Mental Health event will be contributing to the Detroit-based nonprofit Six Feet Over and their local outreach program Suck It Suicide which engages in community prevention through mental health education and advocacy to support healthier futures.

     Some of you may remember their booth at last year's Black River Tattoo Convention - so we are really excited to partner with a cause that also supports the mental health of the local tattooed community.

     "At SIS, we do things a little differently. You’ll find us at local festivals, Pride events, concerts, and sometimes just hanging out at a bar. We’re here to reach the people and communities that other mental health and suicide prevention groups often miss."
